Volunteering at MELC
At MELC, we are always looking for groups of volunteers to help us with projects at our centers. If you are interested in getting your group involved, contact Liz DePaul, Development and Marketing Manager. Here are some ideas of ways you can help:
- Volunteer groups to do arts and crafts based around holidays.
- Gardening event: In the spring, we will need 10-20 volunteers to help the children plant gardens in their playgrounds.
- Painting/Cleaning projects in centers.
- Coat or food drives.
- Aid our school-age programs with sports activities, homework help, science activity/experiments, talent shows, skits, puppets, music or art projects.
