High-quality early education for children ages 2–5

Wonderspring Havertown, located at the site of the former St. Faith Preschool and Kindergarten, is licensed by the Department of Education and the Department of Human Services. Wonderspring Havertown provides older toddler care (for children 2 years of age), preschool for children 3–5 years old, Kindergarten Enrichment (for half-day Kindergarten students enrolled in the School District of Haverford Township)  as well as well as before and after care and summer programming. The center’s curriculum aims to foster a love of learning and self-confidence in a nurturing and caring environment.  We realize that all children develop at different rates and we implement our curriculum accordingly. Our  child-centered, developmentally-appropriate model is designed to engage the natural interests of the child in an atmosphere that  encourages socialization and builds a senses of security and self-confidence  away from home.

Flexible Scheduling 

Wonderspring Havertown offers a variety of program schedules. During the 2024–25 school year the center will offer care from 7am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.  Part time programs include:

OLDER TODDLERS (AGE 2 BY DATE OF ENROLLMENT)

3 days Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

4 days Tuesday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

5 days Monday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

THREE YEAR OLDS* (SUGGESTED AGE 3 BY OCT. 1ST)

3 days Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

4 days Tuesday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

5 days Monday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

FOUR & FIVE YEAR OLDS* (SUGGESTED AGE 4 BY OCT. 1ST)   

3 days Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9–11:30 am.

4 days Tuesday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

5 days Monday through Friday from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

PRE-K TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM* (SUGGESTED AGE 5 BY OCT. 1)

5 days per week from 9–11:30 am. or 9–3:00 pm.

KINDERGARTEN ENRICHMENT PROGRAM*

5 days per week, morning (8:45–11:45) and afternoon (12:30–3:30) sessions.

*Children must be potty trained and independent in the bathroom.
